We are a family farm at the foot of the Churburg in Schluderns in the Vinschgau Valley. In loving handwork, we produce delicacies from rare pieces. Palabirs and old apple varieties are particularly important to us. These trees, formed by the harsh alpine climate and many hours of sunshine, with their tasty and juicy fruits bring variety to the table.
