From Schlinig/ Slingia (1,738 m) follow the signposts no. 1 on the broad trail, almost flat to the Schlinigeralm alpine pasture. Continuing along the forest trail into the valley, a hiking trail branches off on the right. On the slope, the trail runs up to the flat grassy soil, past the closed Pforzheim hut and to the refuge Sesvennahütte.
