The hiking trail to the rif. Madriccio/Madritschhütte has a length of about 5 km. The path, which is a little steep in the beginning, is worthwhile once you arrive at the hut. The rif. Madriccio offers delicious typical South Tyrolean dishes. Also the view is priceless, because the rif. Madriccio is located right at the opposite of the Ortler massif.

Details

The hike starts at the cable car Solda, with path n. 1. After the rig. Città di Milano follow path no. 151 to the rif. Madriccio. You can go back by foot or by cable car.

Approach

From Spondigna/Spondinig via the street to the Stelvio Pass SS 38 to Gomagoi, then left to Solda. From Spondigna to the parking area is it approx. 20 km.
