From the car park in Plan/Pfelders hikers go (to the southwest) on the way to Lazins pastures. After 500 m (above the tennis court) the way that turns left, almost to the south, follows up through the forest (crossing a street) to Faltschnalalm hut (6).

After Faltschnalalm mountain hut (to the south) the trail crosses a bridge, on the other side of the valley it goes up a quite steep slope on a narrow path, until arriving in the basin below the steep Erenspitze mountain summit, basin in which lies the Erensee lake (7) .

From the Erensee lake, one returns to the bridge near the Faltschnalalm mountain hut (7).

Just before the bridge on the left (direction west) it leads downhill through woods, then after a short ascent one reaches Lazines/Lazins (4).

From Lazines on the wide path to the left side of the valley, one descends to Zeppichl, and from there on the way to Plan (24).
