The starting point of the hike is the Tourist Information Office. Following Aichweg, the route passes St. Rupert’s Church on the way to the Kalkgruberhof. Here turn right and follow the road until it joins Jaufenstrasse at the Eichenhof. Cross Jaufenstrasse at the zebra crossing and then follow the path to the river Passer.

Here follow the Passerweg path as far as Meran. Gilfpromenade takes you directly into the town centre.
