From the parish church in Tesido (1206m), follow the markings no. 21 between the houses all the way up to the western periphery of the village. Continue along the Unterrainer Road until the fork just after the Hotel Alpen Tesitin. Here, turn right into the narrow road no. 31, upwards to the farm group Guggenberg (1407m). Now continue along the even path, number 21 B, across forests and fields to the hamlet Mitterberg (Emmersberg, 1418m). Then, in a medium steep hike, proceed to the Riedlwiesen (meadows) with their pretty hay barns at 1675 m altitude. After crossing the local stream, follow the markings no. 28 on a forest and farm road down to the Oberhaus Farm (1503m) and the hamlet Maraberg (Jetzberg; 1431m). Now, still through woodland and meadows, continue eastwards towards the hamlet Haspa and up to the Ladstatt Farm (1484m). After crossing the Rudl rift follow the forest road and driveway to the Hölzl Farm (1433 m). On the farm road, marked with no. 55, continue now north-eastwards to the hamlet Schintlholz (1470 m) and from there, still on route 55, follow the footpath across the forest and fields in south-eastward direction to the hamlet Henzing (ca. 1200 m), near the Val Casies Road bus stop. Take public transport back to Tesido from here.
