To begin, from the mountain station of the Grube chairlift take the trail marked no. 7 up to the Stafellalm. The serviced mountain hut is located in an idyllic spot and is perfect for a long rest. Once you have recovered your strength, bear right along trail no. 40 down to Videgg. Here the route branches off sharply again to the right and leads along a narrow track (trail no. 40) back to the cable car to Oberkirn.
