The bike tour begins in San Lorenzo di Sebato/St. Lorenzen at the underpass near the new bridge and continues until Castelbadia/Sonnenburg and Campolino/Lothen, two small villages. The path leads to Chienes/Kiens, where you cross the road of Val Pusteria/Pustertal Valley to get to Casteldarne/Ehrenburg. From Casteldarne/Ehrenburg continue until Ronchi/Runggen, where there is the possibility of refreshment, and from there back to San Lorenzo di Sebato/St. Lorenzen to the starting point.
