This hike is made for old and young and offers for everyone somethig to discover. You walk in a wounderful ambiente trough green meadows along beautiful woods.

Your first aiming point, maso Bacherhof, lies in a quiet and sunny destination and is perfect for families with children. Not only farm products are offered, but as well a playground for children, opportunities to ride a horse and many other animals…a paradise for children.

The church St. Ulrich was built in romanesque style and restored in 1859. The altarpiece of Saint Bishop Ulrich was made by painter Psenner of Ums. Here, as well as in albergo St. Ulrich, hikers enjoy a great view on the surrounding mountains. Relaxation, a children´s playground and a good dinner are waiting for you.

Details

If you start at Salonetto you will reach the Bacherhof on the hiking trail 13A in apoximately 1,20 hours. From here take path no. 13 to St. Ulrich (ca. 40 min) and return finally in other 40 minutes to Salonetto, your starting point, on path no. 15.

 

Approach
If you come by car from Brennero, take the motorway A22 until the exit “Bozen Süd”. Here you can take the highway MeBo in direction to Merano (SS38) until you reach the exit of Terlano. At Terlano begins the mountain road to Mölten. You can also take the MEBO exit of Vilpiano and take the cable car to Schlaneid / Mölten.
