The 10-passenger cable car “König Laurin” starts from the Frommer Alm hut (at an altitude of 1.743 m) and takes hikers, climbers, alpine climbers and skiers up to 2.339 meters above sea-level below the Rosengarten. Upon arrival, in summer as well as in winter, you’ll feel that you can almost reach out with your hand and touch the face of the “Rose Garden” cliffs, and you can enjoy the fascinating view of all of South Tyrol and the Latemar – declared a World Nature Heritage Site of the Dolomites by UNESCO.
