The family-friendly bike ride with the starting point in Nalles, leads you along the villages of the Etschtal Valley through the apple trees.

From Nalles you take the „Via Claudia Augusta “to Andriano. In the centre of Andriano you turn, to take the road to Terlano.

Follow the road for about one kilometer and cross the bridge over the Adige river. At the end of the bridge, you take the Etschtal Valley cycle path. This path runs along the villages Terlano, Vilpiano, Gargazzone up to Postal. In Postal you cross the Bolzano-Merano train route and follow the signs to Lana. You go off the sportsfield in Lana, turn left and then right. You arrive on the Dogana road, which you follow for 600 meters until the crossroad.

There you turn left and simultaneously pass the parish church of Lana di Sotto (worth seeing: Schnatterpeck altar) to ride along the Apple-cycle-path. This runs through the apple trees back to Nalles.
