From Sluderno/Schluderns the hike of the fifth stage of the circular hiking trail 360° Alta Val Venosta continues to the impressive Coira Castle with the largest private armoury in Europe. The trail leads along the vegetation-rich Monte Sole to the hamlet of Spondigna. The sound of cow bells breaks the silence and a larch wood lounger invites to relax.Further on through the pine forest “Kultur” to the village Prato allo Stelvio/Prad am Stilfserjoch. There in the nature park house Aquaprad visitors immerse themselves into the world of water and of fish.You can find refreshment points at the farm taverns Birkenhof above Schluderno, in Spondigna or in Prato allo Stelvio. The individual starting and ending points of all nine stages can be easily reached by public transport.
