Check In & Check Out
  • Rooms and apartments are available for check-in from 3pm until 8pm on the day of arrival. If you are planning to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know.
  • On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10am.
Breakfast
  • Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.30am.
  • Breakfast buffet with quality and organic products and fresh bread every day.

High speed wifi available throughout the whole hotel. Password: iloveplanlim

Parking

Our parking is available free of charge for our customers. We dispose of two e-charging stations in our garage.

Sky Spa

Open daily from 3 to 8pm. In bad weather conditions already from 1pm. Sauna – general rules of conduction

Laundry service

On request it’s possible to have laundry service. Price per laundry bag is € 23,00.

Iron service

On request we can iron your clothes. € 5,00 per Blouse € 3,00 per shirt/trousers

Mountain Lunch Packet

We are happy to prepare a mountain lunch packet to take away for you. It consists in one sandwich, one fruite, a bottle of water 0,5lt and a energy bar. The price per mountain lunch packet is € 12.

The bike room has a corner with tools and is accessible only to customers with bikes.

We point out that pets are not allowed in our house. Thank you for your understanding.

Newspapers

We would be happy to get your morning newspaper on request. Please inform us of your preference in advance. This service is payant.

Public Transport

Public transport can be used free of charge thanks to the Val Gardena Mobil Card, that you will get from us at your arrival.

If you have any health problems, please contact us in confidence, we will be happy to provide you with the information you need.

Payment Options

Cash until € 4.999,90, bank transfer only on arrival, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bitcoin and money order.

Reception

We are at your disposal for all information every day from 7.30am to 10pm

Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place between 8.30am and 1.00pm. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is placed on the door, the room will not be cleaned. In this case, please let us know if you require a change of towels. Additional bed linen changes on request: Bed linen changes that are not foreseen during your stay, will be charged at a surcharge of € 25,00.

Smoking

This is a non smoking house. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. Please come to the reception if you need an ashtray.

Safe

There is a safe in every hotel room for storing your valuables. For information on use, please refer to the instructions. We cannot accept any responsibility for lost items that are not stored in the safe.

Ski Room

The ski room with boot dryer is accessible only with your room card.

Wellness bag

At your arrival a wellness bag with a bathrobe, sauna towels and slippers will be in your room. If you wish you can purchase the bathrobe for € 54,00 and the wellness bag for € 20,00 at the reception at the end of your stay.
